Our knowledge delivery mechanisms range from specialized individual electronic courses, complete with principles, tools, and methods to personalized, hands-on high level management training. We also offer a hybrid of these two approaches depending on the needs of the client.

4xFlex learning Method is an isomorphic non-linear model that serves as the lenses through which all content learned by the learner is filtered. It is an axiomatic based schema that enables the practitioner to engage in continuous self-learning far beyond the delivery of specific content. Through this approach, managers are positioned to start applying their new knowledge immediately upon the completion of their instruction. In addition to this model, practitioners are equipped with specific systems based predictive and diagnostics tools which are utilized to redesign low performing, obsolete or soon to be obsolete service delivery processes and operating systems.
