During these knowledge capacity building sessions, executive managers are exposed to a level of training and coaching requiring that they attain the three foundations of mastery which are: Learning the principles and methods, proficient demonstration of them through application and the ability to teach reporting managers the principles and methods. When these three levels of training are completed, the prerequisite for organizational flexibility and nimbleness is established.

Our managing partner provides one-on-one coaching and development sessions for a select group of high performing executive level managers and driven individuals. The personalized sessions and knowledge imparting meetings are proceeded with a comprehensive assessment of the managers knowledge, skills and current experience. The manager and coach then determine time sensitive self-development goals which may or may not include specific organizational projects and goals to be completed at the end of training.
The Kaizen Personal Development Plan (PDP) is the algorithmic tool which guides the manager through their learning journey. The tool is a visual diagnostic and time-sensitive road map that takes the manager from their existing deficit state of knowledge to their final state of knowledge mastery, along with the completion of their goals and or projects.
